The following terms and conditions govern the use of this website and outline the legal responsibilities and obligations that shall exist between you and Ruffles and Ruffnecks (also referred hereafter as ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’). Placing an Order
When placing an order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
When placing an order at www.rufflesandruffnecks.com you will receive an email to acknowledge receipt of your order. However, your contract to purchase these items is not complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that your order has been shipped. A separate email will be sent to you confirming that your order has been shipped.
Your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of the goods when your order is placed. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil any part of the order, we will refund your card as soon as possible and no later than within 15 days of the transaction being made.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
All orders are processed on the day they are received, subject to payment clearance and stock availability. Please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery to your address from the day you have placed your order.
We have a standard delivery charge of $8.00 to anywhere in the continental US. We send all parcels through the United States Postal Services Priority Mail system. Please contact us to arrange an alternative delivery method.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a full refund or free exchange for unworn, unwashed items with original tags returned within 10 days of purchase. We cannot guarantee an exchange or refund for any items sent to us over this 10 day period. We recommend that you use registered mail to send items back to us as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered).
Please note that for all returns, except where the item is faulty or not as ordered, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
Collection of Information
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill you specific request. This information is only used to fulfill your specific request, unless you give us permission to use it in another manner, for example to add you to one of our mailing list

We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place.
